Hollis Hockley, acting on behalf of the Revelan Group following their acquisition of some aged industrial premises on an approximately 4 acre site for the Mars Pension Fund in North Lane, Aldershot, and having provided development advice to construct 21 small industrial units to be presented to the market on a freehold basis, have now successfully concluded the sale of all 21 units.
