5 The Rose Estate, Hook gets a new year make over

Kingmere Properties, the owners of The Rose Estate in Osborn Way, Hook, consisting of six self-contained industrial warehouse buildings have just completed the extensive refurbishment of Unit 5, which now provides nearly 10,890 sq ft of industrial warehouse building with new toilets, kitchens and office areas, together with two loading doors and extensive forecourt areas and parking for up to 25 cars.
