66,000 sq ft Distribution Warehouse Letting in Aldershot

One of the largest warehouse transactions of recent years has been concluded in December 2006, providing a significant boost for both the local industrial property market and employment opportunities in Aldershot.

MFI have assigned the lease on Unit 4 Blackwater Valley Industrial Park to Miramar Investments / Beacon Packaging, for a relocation of their existing facilities to Aldershot.

The unit was built for MFI in 1999, and provides a high-bay distribution warehouse / industrial unit of approximately 66,000 sq ft, with extensive yard facilities, on teh successful Blackwater Park scheme, located close to the A331 Blackwater Valley Relief Road.

This represents one of the largest property transactions in the Blackwater Valley in recent years, and provides added impetus to the significance of the Blackwater Valley towns in teh burgeoning local economy.
