66,000 sqft Industrial Unit Let to Beacon Packaging

Hollis Hockley acting for MFI Properties have sucessefully assigned their lease interest in Unit 4, Blackwater Valley Industrial Park, Aldershot to Miramar Investments, part of Beacon Packaging. Beacon consolidated a holding of units in Alton to take the unit which will now act as their main premises. 

 The 66,000 sqft distribution unit was developed for MFI in 2001 by the Wilky Property Group.
