Actions speak louder than words

A recent survey undertaken by the Co-Star Group, part of the nationally recognised Real Estate information group including Focus, has reported in a survey for the period 1 September 2008 – 31 August 2009 that Hollis Hockley secured the second highest sq footage of property disposals in the Thames Valley with a total of 334,950 sq ft.  Jon Hollis, commented "we are delighted to have achieved this ranking, with only one major London firm achieving a higher number of lettings or vacant possession sales than Hollis Hockley.  This is a reflection of the benefits of our recent acquisition of a Basingstoke office, five senior fee earners and our strong presence in the central M3 corridor.  As the saying goes: 'when the going gets tough the tough get going' ".
