Adare paint the town 'purple' at Faraday Office Park

In one of the more significant office transactions of the year in the town, the Purple Agency, have taken a new 5 year lease of 8,871 sq ft of air conditioned offices at One Faraday Office Park following successful negotiations with Redrow Group Plc, expanding their presence in the town dramatically.
The Purple Agency is one of the leading creative marketing agencies in the UK. Part of the marketing services giant Adare International Ltd they have an enviable client list including a variety of blue chip names and high value brands including IBM, Twinings, Silverspoon, Fitness First, Nokia, Whitbread, Legal & General and MSD. Adare will consolidate its Waterlooville location with its existing operations in Basingstoke in a phased re-location over the course of the next 12 months. The anticipated number of employees working from Basingstoke will increase to approximately 75 in mid 2010. Adare International operates from offices across 14 European countries.
