Chapman House - Farnham - Bio Compatables Make Huge Saving

Acting on behalf of the tenants, Biocompatibles International Plc, Hollis Hockley resolved the rent review under the lease of Chapman House comprising approximately 24,000 sq ft office and high technology facility. Specific directions in the lease resulted in the matter being referred to a third party procedure following which the Arbitrator awarded a settlement which represented a saving of over £400,000 during the course of the following five year period until the next review. The settlement of the rent review represented an increased of approximately £27,000 per annum over the current passing rent which was fixed under the original lease approximately 10 years ago.
