Continued activity at Farnborough Business Park, Farnborough

Acting on behalf of Slough Estates International, Hollis Hockley and joint agents CBRE and Knight Frank have concluded a series of lettings of some of the existing buildings, with a further 20,000 sq ft let to Augusta Westland, 22,000 sq ft to Redhat, a Linux provider moving from Guildford, and a further 5,241 sq ft to Defence Strategy & Solutions.

This is an addition to the recent sale of land to De Vere Hotels for a new 4 Star Hotel, Barons BMW for a new BMW Dealership, Redrow for a residential development proposed for 475 houses, and a former building on the estate to provide a kindergarten / children's nursery for up to 90 places.
