HERMES INSTRUCTS HOLLIS HOCKLEY'S NEW BASINGSTOKE OFFICE TO MARKET CENTURION, THE LARGEST WAREHOUSE
UNIT ON THE M3
Hermes Real Estate has instructed the newly formed Basingstoke office of Hollis Hockley as joint agents on Centurion, a 100,000 sq ft unit on the West Ham Industrial Estate, Basingstoke.
In September of this year Farnborough chartered surveyor Hollis Hockley merged with the newly founded Olliffe Newman LLP to form a niche firm with a stronghold on the central M3 corridor. Nick Olliffe and Andrew Newman are now partners in Hollis Hockley and will continue to operate from Basingstoke.
Nick Olliffe comments: 'We are delighted that in our new capacity at Hollis Hockley we have received this instruction from Hermes. Centurion is one of the largest warehouse units on the M3 corridor. It is a well positioned unit in an established warehouse location five minutes from Junction 6 and it is currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment. The unit will be available from March next year and we expect a good level of interest particularly given that supply of good quality warehousing for distribution of this size along the entire length of the M3 corridor is severely limited.'
Hollis Hockley's joint agents on Centurion are King Sturge.
For further details on the property please contact either Nick Olliffe on nwo@hollishockley.co.uk or Tim Clement from joint agents King Sturge on tim.clement@kingsturge.com.
