Hollis Hockley, acting on behalf of retained clients Lorica Consulting Limited, with current offices in Hartley Wintney, have acquired Fleet Mill, a two-storey self-contained 10,000 sq ft office building on the outskirts of Ancells Business Park, Fleet, opposite North Hants Golf Club, and close to both the rail station at Fleet and Junction 4A of the M3 motorway.
Lorica currently have three smaller offices in and around the Hartley Wintney area, and their continued expansion and desire to move to a local headquarters building, and re-house all of the staff in a single building, necessitated some fancy footwork with a limited number of buildings that suited their requirement.
Having found their ideal, the transaction was concluded within 9 working days which included a survey on the building, fit-out and partitioning plans, which all required a considerable team effort from all sides, but with a positive outcome in a very short space of time.
Lorica are expecting to occupy the offices by June / July 2008.
Hollis Hockley represented Lorica Consulting Limited in the acquisition, and Nick Cook of Haywards represented the vendors.
