Hollis Hockley win Innovation instruction from Legal and General

Hollis Hockley have been instructed by Legal & General Asset Managers, on behalf of the internal BMW Pension Fund, on Innovation House, Ancells Business Park, Fleet.

This self-contained building of 22,000 sq ft originally constructed in the early 1990's is a prominently located three-storey office building visible from the M3 motorway and on this successful business park within just half a mile of both Junction 4A of the M3 motorway and Fleet mainline station.  The building is capable of being split on a floor-by-floor basis.
