Major New Office Letting in Farnham

The recovery of the office market in the Blackwater Valley received a further significant boost in November 2006 with the letting of Unit M4 on the Millennium Centre in Farnham.

Unit M4 is a high quality, Grade A, air-conditioned office building of 16,000 sq ft, located on the successful Millennium Centre scheme off West Street, in the town centre.

MITIE have taken a new lease on the property from Threadneedle Property Unit Trust for a term of 10 years, with a corresponding sub-letting of a wing of the building to Elateral, a successful locally based internet media company.

This transaction represents one of the largest office lettings in the Blakcwater Valley over the last few months, following hard on the heels of additional floor space taken at Aerospace Business Park in Farnborough by Lockhead Martin.
