PelGar Expand Alton Operation

PelGar International Limited have taken 5,102 sq ft at Unit 11 Newman Lane, Alton from landlord Brixton plc. PelGar who also occupy units 12 and 13 on the same estate have signed a 10 year lease outside the Landlord and Tenant Act.

Hollis Hockley acted from Brixton in the transaction. PelGar were unrepresented.
