Town centre Business Centre continues to grow

St. Modwen, on behalf of Key Property Investments Limited, owners of Farnborough town centre, have fully refurbished the former offices occupied by Diners Club, one of Farnborough's biggest local companies.

Rushmoor Business Centre now provides air-conditioned flexible office space from 400 sq ft upwards, within a semi-serviced office environment.

With 24 hour electronic access, air-conditioning, conference suites, communal kitchens and a pleasant environment, Rushmoor Business Centre, from its inception early in 2005, has now attracted approximately 10 tenant companies on both short and long term leases, and from various industry sectors.

The ongoing success of the Business Centre in providing flexible office suites is such that St. Modwen are now proposing to refurbish a further 9,000 sq ft floor to continue to expand the Business Centre, ultimately with the view to refurbishing the entire 45,000 sq ft building.
