TRIDENT HOUSE REFURBISHMENT PAYS OFF

Riseden Limited, following their purchase of Trident House, Victoria Road, Farnborough, a self-contained mixed use block of ground floor retail units with three floors of offices above, have now, following extensive refurbishment of the building, including the division of the second floor into small air-conditioned office suites which were available on flexible, all-inclusive rental packages from 380 sq ft upwards, have now fully let the building.

The four ground floor shops were already let, the first floor offices were recently taken by Neilcott Construction, moving from Woking, the third floor is occupied by Maitland's, a quantity surveying firm, and the second floor, which now houses five individual suites, have been let to a variety of local tenants.

Hollis Hockley provided strategic advice to Riseden on the demand for small flexible office suites and following a quality refurbishment including air-conditioning, and an appropriate marketing campaign, all of the suites have been successfully let.
