Following a complete refurbishment, London & Cambridge Properties Limited have let Unit 23 Caker Stream Road comprising 8,550 sq ft to Altonian Coaches on the basis of a new lease for a period of 10 years at a rent of £50,000 per annum, subjec to a short rent free period.

Hollis Hockley acted for the landlords, and Glanfield Holmlund acted for the tenants.
