HOLLIS HOCKLEY OPEN READING OFFICE AND APPOINTED BY PATRON CAPITAL AND APAM ON 365,000 SQ FT ARLINGTON BUSINESS PARK

Hollis Hockley have today announced the opening of a Reading office at Arlington Business Park, to augment their existing Farnborough and Basingstoke offices.

Patron Capital and APAM have also appointment Hollis Hockley as joint leasing agents alongside Savills and BNP on the park. The business park totalling 365,000 sq ft across 11 buildings has undergone a program of significant investment over the last 4 years. Upgrades include a new café and amenity area, ‘Pavilion’ floating meeting room, enhanced landscaping, common areas and signage, as well as host of the events and tenant community engagement which is driven by a dedicated on site team.
