was able to move quickly to meet Hitachi Transport System's tight timescale,
including the completion of refurbishment work to the units.
Enoeda, Senior Manager at Hitachi Transport System (Europe)'s UK office, said the

Davies, leasing manager at SEGRO adds: "Our
ability to move quickly to provide suitable accommodation and agree terms
within a short space of time was instrumental in securing this significant
letting. The units had only just become available, so we are delighted to have
been able to re-let the space almost immediately and to have been able to
provide the right premises to meet Hitachi Transport System's needs."
Kingsland Business Park is an established industrial/warehouse location with
easy access to the M3 motorway and Basingstoke town centre. A range of
industrial/warehouse units are available from 4,198 sq ft with additional
bespoke design and build opportunities for warehouse, distribution and
production uses up to 45,640 sq ft.
Olliffe, partner at Hollis Hockley comments: "This was a case of a "meeting of
the minds" – the Hitachi Transport System directors were in a position to move
swiftly in making a commitment – and similarly SEGRO has delivered on a
refurbishment within a tight timetable to make this happen. It's a classic "win
win" for both parties, and a pleasure putting this transaction together".
