Oaktree/Patrizia secure glory in Basingstoke

Glory Global Solutions, an existing occupier at the park, is relocating to One Hazelwood to accommodate its growing cash management business. It has signed a 10 year lease at a rent equating to £18.00 per sq ft.
Following the acquisition of the 95 acre business park last year, Oaktree and Patrizia have secured a number of companies.
The letting to Glory Global Solutions follows the raft of deals that were completed in June when 162,000 sq ft was let to five occupiers across the park.
Chineham Gate will shortly undergo a comprehensive refurbishment which will extend the floor area to 48,500 sq ft and provide a new façade – the building will be available for occupation from Q4 2016.
In addition, further Grade A space will be delivered with the refurbishment of 10,000 sq ft at Forest View, available in Q4 2015 and 25,000 sq ft at Elmwood One and Two, which will be available from Q1 2016.
