Frasers Property UK welcome three new tech companies to the award-winning Chineham Park, Basingstoke.

Apogee Corporation Limited, an independent subsidiary of HP Inc, has taken a 10-year lease, at recently refurbished 3 Hazelwood. Nomios, a leading security and networking company has taken occupation at 2 Elmwood. A two-storey building providing approx. 6,200 sq ft of office space designed to an exposed services finish. Rootshell Security, a cyber security firm has taken 3,000 sq ft on the ground floor of 200 Cedarwood.
