This development on the Houndmills Industrial Estate consists of three units and hosts other occupiers Network Rail and Thermo Fisher. The addition of DFS adds yet another strong covenant to the tenant line up. 

Kier purchased the site in 2016 and completed the scheme in April 2019. Units A & B were sold in December 2019.
